Flock League privacy policy
This page explains, in plain language, which data the Flock League game uses, why, where it is stored, for how long, and how to delete it.
Last updated: September 5, 2026
The essentials in four points
- Flock League plays without an account. An account is only used for the online leaderboard.
- The game has no ads, no trackers, and never sells or shares your data.
- Account data is hosted by Supabase and kept as long as the account exists.
- You can delete your account at any time from the app, immediately and permanently.
Who is responsible
Flock League is published by Izem Apps, reachable at izem.samy.dev@gmail.com. The publisher decides which data is processed and answers your requests.
Which data, why, where and for how long
The table below lists all the data processed when you create an account. If you play without an account, none of this data leaves your phone.
| Data | Why | Where | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Email address | Account identifier, signing in again from another phone | Supabase (authentication) | As long as the account exists |
| Password | Signing in. It is hashed by Supabase, never stored in clear text and never sent anywhere else | Supabase (authentication), hashed | As long as the account exists |
| Nickname, country, declared gender | Display in the world and country leaderboards. Gender is self-declared | Supabase (database) | As long as the account exists |
| Best score and run duration | Leaderboard, and detection of implausible scores (anti-cheat) | Supabase (database) | As long as the account exists |
| Hash of the IP address | Abuse limitation: number of account creations and score submissions per hour. The address itself is not kept | Supabase (database) | 24 hours |
Data that stays on your phone
This data is never sent to a server. It disappears when you uninstall the game:
- your local best score;
- your settings: language, graphic style, sound.
On what basis
Account data is processed because it is necessary for the service you request by creating an account: appearing on the leaderboard. The IP address hash relies on the publisher's legitimate interest in protecting the game against abuse.
Where the data is hosted
Account and score data is hosted by Supabase, region West EU (Ireland, European Union), acting as a processor on behalf of the publisher. Supabase does not use this data for its own purposes.
No ads, no sharing
Flock League contains no advertising, no analytics tool and no third-party tracker. Your data is never sold, rented or shared with anyone other than the host mentioned above. Only your nickname, country, declared gender, score and rank are visible to other players, in the leaderboard.
Security
Exchanges between the game and the server are encrypted (HTTPS). The password is hashed before storage. Database access is restricted by server-side rules: a player can only read and change what the game allows.
Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account at any time, directly in the game:
- open “My account” from the home screen;
- tap “Delete my account”;
- confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent: the account, profile and scores are erased. Only your local best score stays on your phone.
You can also request deletion by email at izem.samy.dev@gmail.com. Requests are handled within 30 days at most.

Your rights
You can access your data, correct it (nickname, country and gender can be changed in the app), request its deletion or object to its processing. Write to izem.samy.dev@gmail.com. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may contact the data protection authority of your country.
Minimum age
Flock League is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, do not create an account. If an account was created by a child under 13, write to us: it will be deleted.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with its update date. A significant change will be announced in the game.
